CARNIVAL atmosphere ‘Rio de Janeiro style’ returns to Hedon during the Hedon Festival on SATURDAY 13 AUGUST 2016.
The carnival parade last year filled the streets of Hedon with colour, music and dancing as it snaked through the town centre streets. Hundreds took part in the carnival all dressed up to have fun, whilst perhaps thousands of people watched as spectators.
